Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Prices are subject to change. Because aesthetic and wellness services are rendered personally, fees for completed services are generally non-refundable. Prepaid packages, memberships, and gift cards are subject to their specific terms. If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
